Shipping policy
Local Pickup
If you are local to London, Ontario and prefer to pick up your purchases directly from us then simply select the "Local Pickup" shipping option at checkout. Once your order is prepared, we will contact you to make arrangements for an appropriate day/time for pickup! There is no additional charge for this service.
Shipping
We currently only offer shipping services to locations within Canada.
We try to ship our orders within one business day of being received. Once shipped, orders can be tracked through the tracking number provided in your shipping email.
We make every effort to charge fair and accurate shipping costs. All orders ship under our current flat rate system:
