Sales

Please note that all sales are final. We cannot issue refunds except if items are damaged through shipping. Please review the measurements of items purchased to ensure that they are the correct sizing for your needs.

Our decor pieces are one-of-a-kind items that are often hand painted and upcycled.  Slight imperfections or aging is to be expected and adds to the charm and aesthetic of the items.  Should you have any questions about a piece prior to purchase, please reach out to us and we will be happy to address any concerns.

Gift cards are not refundable or returnable.

Damages

Every attempt is made to package your item(s) for safe shipping.  Occasionally damages may occur en route to you.  If this does happen, please contact us within three days of the receipt of your item(s) with pictures clearly showing the damaged item(s), along with pictures of the packaging itself. These are needed to demonstrate to the carrier that the damages occurred in transit, and to file an insurance claim. 

We will then contact you with a solution to rectify the situation.  Since our products are handmade and may not be able to be replaced, a refund or store credit of the purchase price may be issued.
